Our television works throughout Europe and with any company providing Internet. For our service any type of Internet connection with the speed not less than 1500 KB/s (1.5 MB/s) and with non-limited traffic will be sufficient. Please, check speed of connection at our site. It is preferable to check in the evening after 8 p.m. while maximal load at the line.

You do not need PC. TV set top box is connected directly to your modem/router.

Yes, of course. You are not bound to place of residence or PC. You may take TV set top box along to friends or summerhouse, switch it to the Internet and enjoy your television. Our TV set top box will work anywhere, where there is Internet! If you left on holidays and you have notebook, you may also enjoy television in hotel or directly at the seaside.

One subscriber may use only one device (TV set top box). Thus, for watching of various channels of our television on several TVs you will need to purchase relevant number of subscriptions and devices (TV set top box).

In such case you can purchase switch, which will transform Internet signal from 1 exit into 4, enabling simultaneously to switch PC and TV set top box.

For such cases we do not consider special prices.

• Reason of not responding is heavy load of your home network, e.g. you watch TV and at the same time movies are being downloaded at your home.
• You may have instable transfer of signal while using of wireless connection WLAN/Wi-Fi; try to connect TV set top box to router with the network cable (Ethernet/LAN Cable).
• Do not launch programs at OC for downloading (P2P), such as Emule, Kazaa, UTorrent, BitTorrent or Exeem simultaneously with watching television. These programs might consume major part of your Internet speed.
• Restart modem/router.
